OK Dudes & Dudesses, in 2003 lets do things in here the British way. No entering the Forum unless wearing a blazer or reefer with a cravat. Ties to be worn after 19:30. No White trousers after 19:30, no boating shoes after 19:30 black leather only although as a concession to modernity slip-ons will be allowed.
No farting in front of Ladies... let them fart first.

Totally agree, Byron. The standard of dress on this forum has been falling for months! Flogging is just too good for them! The women especialy! Ever since that Jimmie came here it's been terrible!

Whats this new for 2003 ? Your suggested dress code has been adopted by us and our forbears whilst on the forum since 1879.

As for Boatones chat lounge our normal attire is black tie or full ceremonial Naval uniform - and thats just Joanne.

It should also be noted that we always stand when Lord Boatone of Tahoe enters the room and I pressume that all others do the same .

I am pleased that this required etiquet has be highlighted on this forum.
