The Blackwater Quadcopter

There has been a quadcopter going up and down the Blackwater these last few days - Is this someone with an expensive toy, or something else useful?

I have seen this as well! i think its a guy with an expensive toy... was very windy when i saw it so he must be pretty handy with it.
