The 60m superyacht Ngoni.....

Nice cushions.

Can't see it catching on in the Thames Estuary. A draft of 5.3m with the keel up.

Happy to self isolate on her for a couple of weeks though.

I was surprised to see her in Loch Sunart about three weeks ago. Anchored (quite near my mooring) for a couple of days, then spent the next night in Loch Hourn before heading back towards Oban.

Left Duntaffnage, rounded Lands End next day, seemed to be going at around 15 knots most of the way.

There's something to be said if you can reliably passage plan for 15kt sailing average. Opens up a much wider cruising area for your fortnights holiday!

Saw her in Tobermory and Dunstaffnage when she was up in our waters. Like something out of a Bond film. And was following on AIS. She did a U turn up the Sound of Sleat before heading into the Skye Narrows as she wouldn't go under the Skye Bridge or power cables.
It would have been great to see her under sail.
