That was on the Intercoastal in Florida near Miami. Not uncommon for people in Florida to go out to a waterside establishment, get totally bluttered then head for home flat out.

Incidents like that bought in a state law.

This did the rounds several years back (was on here too). Dont recall the circumstances being part of the circulation but you have to be really unlucky to be so precise in a collision

It does the rounds continuously, and has been around for many more than several years. It was certainly around about 2002/2003 on here
