Posted the Riggy sausage Supper recipe...

Did a very slight variation on it this evening... Veggie sausages and some pesto instead of basil.... Very nice and thoroughly approved of by the missus..

I used the frozen quorn one..... And I agree with the sentiment.. You need fairly robust flavours in the sauce to accompany...

But... It's just easier with the missus being a veggie and me being a fatty.
