I changed from MBM to MBY a few months ago. As a consequence my subscription was closed. No idea why. So took out a new subscription, and of course this brings a lag in the start of the delivery process. Had a bit of a red mist moment with the Herbert on subscriptions, as I didn't want to miss a couple of months. So a quick thank you to Abi in Customer Care, as she has found a way of recovering the gap. Well done and thank you.
