Taunton is the County Town of Somersetshire, not Cornwallshire (that's Turo IIRC)

Its a slang term for Hydrographer of the Royal Navy. The UK Hydrographic Office is in Taunton. :encouragement::encouragement:

I think you’ll find that the press blew that one up out of all proportion. There had been a drafting error on a document regarding the realignment of election boundaries. It needed to be formally challenged and corrected which, I believe, took a minute or two. The rest of the time was the debate around boundary changes.
