anyone out there able to give current status as i am supposed to be river trialling a boat at racecourse (Windsor) tomorrow (Sat) prior to completion, have already booked road transport back to Mudway on 17th Dec

So how did it go ?

superb, thanks for asking, was not sure if it would take place given the conditions, but levels ok sun shining and about 5kn of flow, good for the engine as it nad not been used for about 2yrs, small overheat at 3k but immediately dropped on throttle back, esily cured. Anyway have done the deed and will be transported down on 17 dec for a 5 month refit. boat ia a fjord 815, stretched version of the old 24 weekender, with vp aqad40b about 165hp

3rd Jan - rain and red boards appearing

It was only a light sprinkle and the ground isn't waterlogged, so why?
