Thames Licence Question

Does anyone know if the EA offer a pro-rated refund on the unused months of an annual licence if the boat is sold and moved away from the Thames to another waterway ?

No they dont .

But, if the new waterway is an EA one there may be some room to convert the licence across, or get some moeny off the new ticket.
