I'm up for it Tony!! Work is always an issue, but generally work round able given enough notice. I'm good anywhere between Penton and Henley, again, possibly further with due notice.

I'd think that firming up on a date is key to finding out whether there's really a critical mass.
I would be able to commit to 6th/7th Sept or 13th/14th Sept, anywhere below Bray. I couldn't do any earlier date, nor 20th/21st.

Have verified that PHYC would be able to host us on weekend 6/7 September. This looks like best bet as Windsor have major club event that weekend and PH have their 50th Anniversary celebrations the following weekend.

MDL have been kind enough to offer free overnight mooring for night of 6th September if not already an MDL berth holder.

So proposal is weekend 6/7 September at Penton Hook with social event in club house on the evening of 6th.
Happy to consider the 13/14th September at Windsor as an alternative but will need to confirm that TWYC can host us that weekend.

Ours is a provisional boat booking it's a long way up from Limehouse!

Now 13 responses - 7 could attend 6/7 September and 12 could attend 13/14 September.
On previous occasions we have managed up to 20 boats so would be good to see a few more !

Looks as if the weekend of 13/14th September at Windsor Yacht Club is definitely the preferred choice.
