It would be interesting to know how valid the arguments are because they undermine the view that dredging and creating better water flow are the solution. In fact, the article suggests that such measures are part of the problem.
Let's hope that we get past the blame game and populist politics that are currently dominating the news and have a grown up debate when the crisis is over.
