Well tomorrows the sea test day after all that hard oily work, if shes going well
off to the Brokers we go.

Probably though I thought I might try the broker at Medway Marina, I hear tell he is selling boats rapidly. Depends what he values it at, I know Brooms valuation already.

I just wondered as in an earlier post several months ago, you mentioned about the best routing to Brundall, and if you were coming this way where you would stop. I.e. Oulton Broad or Gt. Yarmouth.

why don't you try selling privately as it hurts giving brokers 7/8% com . As you know i sold to first person to see boat , the brokers didn't have to do a lot for there com. I feel we could of sold on the back of a couple of ads in "boats for sale".
Also you know the boat better than a broker so you can explain the boat to potential customers. I was prepared to give sea trial without depo if i thought they were genuine punters. Brokers generally want depo before sea trials . but i feel you wouldn't buy a car without trial, then make offer. Anyway good luck . Maybe we could go halves on a **** off sunseeker in the med.
 
Just wondered. I would have thought Lowestoft/Oulton Broad would have been the better option. Certainly for somewhere to spend the night if that was your intention. IMHO.
