I have been looking for something like that as well. The site in the link will not open for me; something about an invalid certificate.

My son suggested using a large robuse sandwich bag but I have yet to find one.

I have the standard shock proof hudl case which is splash proof.
As for charging its a standard cigarette lighter plug/micro data charging lead common to many android devices Samsung et al.
As a device I cannot fault the hudl which has just gone round the world with me and kept my business contacts going.

How do you turn that 'welcome' jingle off, when you switch on & star appears?

I bought a cheap waterproof case off eBay. I don't think the plastic is as soft and flexible as more expensive cases and may not last but it's worth a try. I quite like the idea of having a cord/strap so that it hangs from my neck and it can be easily lifted into view for quick reference when needed.

On second thoughts a cord may be a hazard. I doubt that it's designed to be strangle proof.

Just clarifying.

Is there a waterproof (and shock resistant) case that allows operation of the touchscreen and (ideally) allows the tablet to be kept on 12V charge?

Thanks.
