Tender Tubes to transom glue?

One of the tubes is coming away from the transom.
Needs to be glued back again, the residue from the old glue looks like old evostick or similar type glue.

The tender is an old Plastimo so PVC not hypolon.

Any recommendations of what to use.

I would think the correct adhesive for PVC, but clean off all the old adhesive.

The 2 part polymarine is the best opption for this. I had a lot of trouble with one dinghy way past its sell by date, and as a final measure used the 2 pack reinforced with some bronze nails through the rubber and into the marine ply of the transom. allowed the dinghy to last another 2 years.
