A bit PBO I know but I made mine from some SS canopy tubing and eyes / fittings for the ends, bought for next to nothing from the local canopy maker, also I have found that if you make the stand offs differing lengths and mount them so the angles are a bit different they are much more stable.

I've a similar idea but with a neat additional feature that I'm going to patent, market and make my fortune with.. will tell you what it is after my first million's in the bank

I made my own with stainless rod drilled at each end and attached with quick release bolts total cost about 3/4 beers
