Tender refurb

I'd mentioned this in a post about oar lengths, but I've added a load of new pics tonight.

I just need to do some gelcoat touch-up and then I'm ready to paint it. I read here that Screwfix floorpaint is good for the inside, and Dulux or B&Q gloss for the outside. Is that still the way to go on a cheap dinghy?

Big mistake making the top rail look so good. It raises it to the eminently nickable variety! paint the under surface bits p-erfctly with several coats of a good gloss but don't forget to to daub rubbish paint very badly on top of the good paint on the bits that people can see!

I got the hardwood for the toprail for free, which is why I used it. I could always take an axe to it and roughen it up.
