Tender Capacity

My dream is to cruise different parts of the world on a motor yacht. I prefer the flybridge style but my hang up is the tender. I would like to bring a ski/surf crossover like a nautique gs22. What is the smallest yacht I could safely put this on? Dry weight is 4500lbs.
