Ten Man Canister RORC compliant liferaft

I am told that no one makes a ten man canister liferaft which is compliant with current RORC regulations. Does anybody know different?

Don't know if they still make them but I still have and keep serviced a 10 man AVON which was fully upgraded and coded to offshore IMO SOLAS/MCA requirements. Always thought these standards were in excess of any RORC rules. Its a big heavy lump and you cannot lift it on your own, it lives in a special enclosure open to the stern bathing platform so it can float off needed
