Tek dek / flexi teak / synthetic teak

Hi all !
I'm looking at purchasing some tek dek flexi teak ect for my cockpit area, I'm going to do the patterns myself and fit the synthetic panels when they are completed I wondered if anybody could tell me if there was any show offers on ? that I could mention when I order or does anybody have any recommendations for which company is the best to deal with be it product or price ?

Try advanced marine decking and get a quote for flexi teek, I think this is the best synthetic decking available and are a pleasure to deal with, have got on my bathing platform and just ordered step at LIBS to finish off the job.

I have flexi teak, it's fantastic , would never go back to the real stuff, I know that's not what you asked but it is like Coppercoat, just worth every penny!!

Depending who you go to you may find the extra cost of having it fitted professionally far outweighs the effort of doing it yourself. I've done both and the extra few ££ having it done for you is money well spent.

It's worth doing a search on here for previous posts on plastic teak

We are just in the process of having ours done in Flexi teek. Supplied and fitted through Elite teak. Reasonable price. Flexi Teek was by far the best example we saw

I have to add my too pennies worth, for me real teak is just perfect in some circumstances, so we have fake teak in a galley floor on the school boat and its works perfectly (flexiteak) but having just redone the flybridge floor and a new flybridge table on a Sq 58 I have been been really impressed with Wattsons see here http://www.teakdecking.co.uk all made to my templates and far better value than I expected.
 
Thanks for all the input and recommendations, my last boat had proper teak but this new to me boat doesn't and I can't live with the white floor as it will drive me mad scrubbing it / keeping it clean !
I'm happy to go down the synthetic route as I have seen a lot of boats with it and I like it, but I'm chasing which companies are the best really.
Also forgot to mention I'm up north not on south coast unfortunately !

Yes all done:-) we had our first trip out in her yesterday. Fantastic day! Starting to forget the traumatic start already:-)
