Sealant/Bonding for Synthetic Teak Decking

Hi all.. Anybody used Tec 7 sealant/bonder in a marine environment. My local supplier is doing a very good deal at the moment and I'm considering it for two specific jobs: re-bedding the toerails and bonding synthetic teak decking to the cockpit seats (gelcoat). All thoughts welcome.

Tec 7 is very good but I would suggest you try CT1. It will give a much better bond and will even stick to surfaces underwater.
We did a trial at our club when repairing ribs, wooden and fibreglass boats by trying to stick the various materials using Sikaflex, Tec 7 and CT1 to see which would perform the best. CT1 came out tops in all our trials. It comes in a range of colours and I think clear as well.

Another one for CT1.I've used Tech 7 as well but CT1 is much better.I even reglued a lot of bits back on my Avon dinghy(40years old) with it and it's holding wonderfuly.

No we didn't do any sort of scientific assessment and write it up. Just a lot of bits and pieces of wood, fibreglass, metal, glass and different sorts of rib tube materials all stuck in different ways.
We stuck a lot of samples with the three adhesives and in retrospect we should have taken proper records but we just tried to see which would be the best for all the materials by trying to tear the bits apart.
CT1 came out well ahead followed by Sikaflex (both types) then Tec 7 which did work well with wood.
CT1 was the best by far for repairing rib tubes.
