TeamSurv - is it still operating?

A guess a few of you out there have the TeamSurv recorders installed on board - has anyone tried contacting TeamSurv or uploaded data to their site lately?
I recently tried to upload but got errors on every file I tried, with a gobbledegook error message. Tried using the contact form to ask them what is the problem, no response.
