I'd like to cover my swim platform with teak.
Thing is it has a awkward section around the swim ladder locker (shown in pictures)
There is also a long thin locker in the middle.

I've always gone for boarders teak but how to deal with the ladder lid and locker lid - boarders might look fussy here.

Forum sages, what say you?

Can't see your pic at the moment but you could have borders on the perimeter but don't bother bordering where the locker is. You don't particularly want the eye drawn to that.

Might also be worth a call to Wattsons to see what they advise?

I'd margin the whole lot, or not at all - I wouldn't mix and match. (Personally I like the margins so that's what I would do; and it looks like that's what you've already got in the cockpit).

In fact if I wasn't sure, then what I'd probably do is measure it all inc locker lids etc fairly accurately and draw it up in Sketchup to see how it looked - and then decide.
