Taylors 79 vs. Faversham stove

Allright. Something a bit more serious.

My latest dilemma, or at least an old one I'm returning to, is whether to replace the said paraffin Taylors heater with a coal stove, principally the Faversham. Lack of space means the stove has to be very small in footprint, yet I'd like to be able to heat a kettle or pot on top while underway in anything under a bad blow.
The Taylors is rated at 2.1Kw, but I can't find data (I had the damn catalog somewhere) on the Faversham. I'd also consider the Davey's Pot stove or anything similar, but the Little Cod would be just too big. Taller and narrow needed.

Any thoughts?
Thanks as always.

I've had a Faversham for ten years; a great stove, keeps the boat dry and it's something else to firkle with on long winter nights.
Boils a kettle no bother, makes toast, heats pies, and now I've put a heat-resisting glass panel in the door, gives a rosy glow to the cabin as well.
Burns smokeless, smoky coal, anthracite, and wood but hasn't got much space for ash under the firebar so needs regular raking out.
Output on a windy night, even shut down, feels like 5kw.
Wonderful piece of equipment!
On the other hand, carrying coal aboard is a chore, I feel guilty chucking ash overboard, and there's always a layer of dust everywhere.

I'm having similar thoughts. I'd always felt that the old taylors 068 model heater really wasn't kicking out the heat enough. I'm considering one of these:

as its a lot cheper than a faversham and has the same footprint. Sadly the firm hasn't answered my casual email enquiries, but seems to still be trading. Another winter project.
