I don't see anything wrong with the seller justifying why he's selling the boat. I guess his point is that the business deal (could be a property being sold at auction for example) requires an immediate sale or the boat will be withdrawn. Could of course be a load of cobblers.
Regarding the 'polished props' item, I wonder if he's just cut and pasted a list of works from his refurb invoice. Again, a perfectly logical thing to do.
Regarding this boat, if it's the ex Cala D'Or (ex-charter) one then I wonder what the hours are, pretty high I imagine. I also think the T50 is a bit of an acquired taste (if it's the rather tall and slab sided model that I'm thinking of).
I'd also concur with Volvopaul, if it was that good a deal it would have found a buyer in the trade.
