I have to remove the injectors on my 41A's, a job I have done on many other engines but just wonder whether there is anything particular to watch for on the Volvos eg sleeves that move but shouldn't. Grateful for any advice.

get the tool for it and drain the coolant incase the sleeves move

get exchange injectors
but if you getting them refurbished fit new nozzlesand
make sure that you diesel shop has latest test equipment
but this will end up more expensive that exchange
