Hello all.

I have had my injectors pulled for servicing. Any ideas on rebuild or replacement costs? I have found old threads from 08 stating that new injectors could be bought for 65-120 quid. Pricing online at the moment I am seeing prices just shy of more than double that. Ouch...

What have people paid recently?

Injector testing and cleaning was I think about £50 per injector. For my boat (d12) the injectors are something circa £1k each I Beleive

Hi there, - I had the injectors from my 41's by Powerdrive in Portsmouth, they were £60 each, came back looking like new.

I had mine reconditioned by Panda in fareham 2 years ago on my 41-p.
Made a loverly job

Quite a few years ago now, but Poole Diesel tested all mine for free and even gave me new copper sealing washers. None required any adjustments or parts. I gave them £20 towards their tea & coffee.

Do believe these are a stoneage generic injector used in multiple other applications ?
Can be tested anywhere that checks diesel injectors.
Find out who does the job locally for the taxi trade for sensible pricing.
We have a small back street garage who has been doing this job since the 4D was cutting edge.

You need a Bosch agent to service them , how many hours have they done?
