That'd be of interest, but probably only if you are replacing the coolant with the same stuff
I was replacing some Taiwanese stuff that I thought was probably rubbish (corrosion in the form of circulating rust was evident despite the low voltage reading) with some Shell stuff, so it might not have been very informative even if I'd remembered to do it

20 litres of concentrated "classic" antifreeze is just over £40, i just change it every 2 years, cheaper than replacing bits of corroded engine and ancillaries.

Well……..I’m halfway through doing the change so new stuff not in yet but did the volt meter thing
147mv on one engine and 90mv on the other. I’ll report once all changed.
After much research…..Im pretty sure I have discovered the Volvo Penta green stuff is in fact…..G48. That’s a HOAT. There’s even reference to this fact in volvo documentation

Unfortunately…..the existing coolant in my engines is blue. Likely IAT but who knows. I’m flushing running and flushing like mad so hopefully no jelly with the right stuff back in
