Tally Ho - an exclusive video update from Leo

Leo used to be one of our yacht delivery skippers... He's now a famous YouTuber! He's given us an exclusive film talking about what life is like on Tally Ho and what his plans are next.

Where should he visit in the UK? Where do you think he will get the greatest reception?

We hope to see him in Falmouth.

Pete
What a nice video. I’ve been following Tally Ho for some years, but it’s a real tribute to you and Leo that he speaks so warmly of you. I’m not on speaking terms with several of the places I left during my working career. :)

The obvious place would be Shoreham. Lady Bee marina is the successor company to Stow & Sons (taken over in 1936 when Thomas Stow died), but the Stow boatyard shed actually became the clubhouse of the Sussex Yacht Club for many years. It was demolished as part of flood defence work in 2019, but the replacement building has conference rooms and a restaurant, and has adjacent pontoon moorings (tidal) - so, possibly an ideal venue for a lecture / presentation or two.

Not the most inviting river, although it has its history and there is potential in the dock area and old coal fired power station,

I admire Leo so much and he must be such a great bloke. He has certainly done what I had ambitions to do when I was younger but as some other YouTubers say not to, I bought a couch…… wish him continued success. Would love to sail on Tally Ho sometime especially as my diabetes precludes me from so many sailing activities (except on my own boat)… Hope he visits Jersey in the Channel Islands and I am sure he would get a warm welcome at the French ports with their own classic vessels. He should also drop in at Castle Cove sailing Club, Portland and sample a rum and shrub!! I am sure there is a story to be told there……
