Funny that - A tall ship is about the only boat you've not started a "What boat should I buy" thread on.From 24to 27 of August tall ships gathering in ACoruna.For some reason everyone thinks it’s just what I should want to do,maybe If I can sit in a cafe and admire them it wouldn’t be too bad but to trudge round with hundreds of other sweaty Cournians getting a bad neck fro looking up is not my cup of tea and as they say if you have seen one tall ship you have seen them all,let’s hope it rains

I hope she goes to a good owner. Some years ago I saw the old ex STS Sir Winston Churchill in a Greek Port. Her rig had been butchered and there were two great big white domes stuck amidships, no doubt full of the latest techno junk so that the owner could speak to the Moon.
