Taking a boat to spain

In october I will be taking my boat to Spain for the 2005 season. The boat is a 17ft day boat. Can anyone tell me what if any recognised certificats/qualifications I need so that I can use the boat. The boat is registered with the SSR scheme and appropriate insurance's are/will be in place
