bit of a long shot, iwas wondering if any one taped the friday episode, i missed it and boat was used in filming.

i dont know as i havent seen it, i bought her dec last year after the filming was done. but her saloon has red leather seats and mahogany pannels.

Or was that the previous week? Or the one before? It's not been the same without Mark McManus. Correction, it's been the same... but not as good.

One of the boats on it (the baddy baddy's) was a Grand Banks Aluetion 64 (I think it was)

Saw one of those in Neyland while we were away this summer - it looked great, a proper grown up type boat. Never liked the look of the older style Grand Banks' or most of the Traders, but this did look the business.

Has anyone else seen one?

Yes, i've seen one at Kip, And my Aunt and Uncle have spent the weekend sailing on it.
I would hazard a guess that it is the same one that was in Taggart.

The only thing I wan't sure about was the Lazy-boy style armchairs with flip up footrests, a bit suburban Americana for my liking!!

Notice in the first pic, the Grand Banks Aluetion 64 'Sea Ranger' can be seen to the stern of 'Orcades'
