Bought a TackTick T104 wireless windex two years ago.
Last season it started 'acting up' - the backlight in the top right quadrant of the display unit didn't work any more and when it started to rain, no signal from the masthead unit was received.

Last week I sent both masthead and display unit off to TackTick 'for investigation'.

Today I received a brand spanking new T104 set.
No quibbles, no nothing.

It's interesting that we're surprised when companies respond appropriately to customer concerns. However, it's still a costly process to remove and refit a masthead unit. Perhaps it would be reasonable to expect kit like that to last a lot longer than 2 years?
