What would be a 'ball park' figure per square metre for fitting a good quality product to stern cockpit and platform of 34 ft cruiser ?

Is there teak deck fitted already?
It makes a huge difference - the old is a real pig to remove and the deck will need repairing before fitting any new.
IIRC around £300/£400 per sq m - to remove old wood and fit new synthetic - that was about 8 years ago

I have been making and fitting my own - see this thread.
It was very much a learning curve.
The flybridge replacement was very hard work - all the fitted furniture had to be removed as well.
The last part of that project was the cockpit - I made the synthetic panels but I got a local contractor to remove the old, repair the deck and fit the new.
App photos are on that thread.
I've still got the stairs to the flybridge to do but will do those when I've got time to enjoy it.

That said, it was a very rewarding project.

Agreed wholeheartedly, and no prize for guessing how I know.

So much so, that if the OP is instead thinking to put teak (or any synthetic lookalike) above a perfectly good bare GRP surface, I only have two words for him: FORGET IT.
Other than aesthetic, which is by definition subjective anyhow, from a functional viewpoint bare GRP is superior to anything else in each and every respect!
