SWMO and her friends do not have the same confidence in sailing as their male partners[my crew]. Maybe it's me, but the 'lads week'goes without a hitch. I propose to let them go for a week's cruise/confidence building exercise this summer. Any one know of a good female skipper for 44ft + 5 birds? Males need not apply ... they'd be tooooo much for you!!

Yes, I know a Cowes based woman in her mid-late twenties who I met on my Yachtmaster course and she has subsequently sailed as my No. 2 on a couple of RORC races.
