Just N. of Tignabruaich is a boatyard, Marra Marine IIRC. I know little about them and they don't seem to have a website, but I think that they have moorings for rental.

Yes I am almost certain that they rent moorings. In the unlikely event they don't I am sure they will advise.
There are moorings at Colintraive but I think they are all private. Maybe you could get one put down? Buy a copy of Yachting Life or go to their website as I asure there will be adverts for companies that know the area and can supply a morring.
