Twas super and the fish and chips were great ,,, but I fouled the anchor on a sodding great chain, fortunately able to lift it high enough to pass rope underneath etc etc .. so be warned tripping lines might be useful there!!

What was the depth and range?

Depth was about 3m ie 2m on the chart , don't know the range as I did'nt have my howitzer on board at the time.

Sounds like I was lucky last time I anchored there. Or maybe that's why the holding was so good!! Where did you land to go ashore, the pier?

Took the dinghy to the small beach in front of cafe. Bit nervous about leaving it unattended for too long though ;-(
