I had a quick pint in the Weir at Sunbury yesterday whist on a bike ride and saw the preparation for this. Always a great sight.

Would liked to have seen that but I was a week early.Visited my son in Abingdon last Saturday. Had an excellent lunch at the Nags Head on the side of the Thames. Wonderful watching all the boats go by, particularly liked Rear Admiral VII, which moored up at the pub, at least I think that's what it was called.
