Just out of interest, does anyone know of a uk (?) flagged dark -blue or black- sailboat named Squall ?
She was in Zapuntel croatia last week.
May probably be 30+ meters long (hardly ever seen such a big sailboat), modern, ketch rigged, has a red ensign with a white circle and a drawing inside (sorry purists cannot be more precise..).
Ah, at night both masts have red lights on top to warn passing planes.
The morning after all the boats in the anchorage made a circling sarabanda around it, must have taken half an hour to do the full turn!

Thanks Russell, stunning indeed!

The only thing I did not like much were the upward lights at each of the *five* spreader sets of the mainmast, it gives a Christmas-treeish look at that wonder!

Damn, must have missed her by a couple of days; I was in Zapuntel around the 8th. Nice spot!
