any axshul news? As far as i know she answered a crew-wanted post on these forums and nipped off bound for the carribee. But now she's back after jumping ship in Vigo. Which is still a load further than mostgo late december...But i bet there is a good story or two?

Otherwise of course we will just have to make it all up...

jumped ship and headed for home ( now there ) after a rough Biscay crossing with what looked like a long period of sitting on board waiting for some half decent weather . Skipper seemed to be happy waiting and at least he has time to get someone else without the initial rush request , but any more than that I can't really tell , She's back home now and I'll ring her and see if she wants to add anything in the morning

nah, lets make it up, anyway.

I agree with tcm - crossing Biscay in December is a major achievement.

I reckon the they had some big waves breaking over the boat and suzy got salt water in her hair so has to come home to the hairdresser.

Last I heard (yesterday/Monday) from Suzy she's trying to find time to sit down and write it all up. Impression I got was it'll be on here soon.

She's off to Falmouth today to fetch her car back, and then all will be told!
