Suzuki DF 115 tilt problen

I have a Suzuki DF 115 -08 with 200 hours run time. The problem is that the trim/tilt doesn´t work properly. I had a small oil leak from the manual valve set since it was damaged. After replacing it the system is densely. Before I could tilt down the rig but there was problem with tilting it up since the system wasn't tight and oil leaked out. Now the rig doesn´t move up or down the slightest. The engine is running and sounds normal. I have also changed the max/min trim angle to exclude the possibility of locking. When I drain oil from the cylinder I only get out about 50 ml though the reservoir is full. Any ideas?
