To be honest. I’d just get a new prop. Yours looks like it’s at one point, had a non shearing pin in it at one point...as in a nail or something. Looks like it’s distorted and twisted where the shear pin sits.

Quite agree I posted a link for a £20 one previously. (although the postage was more!) There are others with free postage.

Get a new prop Propeller for Suzuki outboard 7 3/8 x 5 3/8 pin drive 2 2.2HP 2STROK DT2 DT2.2 | eBay
If it doesn't fit send it back. Careful not to damage it.

I recently took a chance on a prop for an 8hp Yamaha 2 stroke. Didn’t really need it and certainly want in a rush for it. So took a gamble on one from the Far East. Was £20 odd including postage from memory. The OEM or anything in the U.K. was about £60-80. Took about 3 weeks to get to me...but I’ll admit the quality of it was to the eye, of no variance to the oem.
