Surveyor

Can anyone recommend a surveyor and also a good marine engineer who knows Sealines and Mercruiser engines?

Boat is at Windsor.

Should I get an oil analysis done as well?

Anything else I need a professional to do, before handing over the cash?

I've always used Paul Homer, he does all the MBM articles, he seems to know his Sealines.
