I used a chap called Jim Pritchard 5 years ago. Produced a very good report on the boat I was buying. Managed to use it to get a bit more money off. He advertises in the back of YM. Mobile number is 07767 385109

Tony Staton-Bevan ('Abbey Yachts') 01590 645755. Comes highly recommended. He did a survey for us around midday, and the complete document including colour photos was on our doormat next morning.
