Surveyor needed for Lisbon

I was hoping to purchase a boat last year to spend the summers in the med. My plans had to go on hold as a family member had a terminal health problem. Sadly that came to it's ultimate conclusion.
On a cheerier note I have found a suitable boat in Lisbon, Portugal.
I have just had an offer accepted on a Azimut 37 FB
I was wondering if anyone could recommend a surveyor who can also take an engine oil sample and who can report in English?

I viewed it two years ago, before I bought mine. Was in good condition and the owner seemed like a good guy and very fastidious. I made an offer but I got the feeling he didn't want to sell back then so we couldn't agree a price.

Honestly, I would fly a trusted UK surveyor out there for the following reasons:

You get a report in native English and he will be on the phone to clarify any points (again in your native language)
You know he is definitely working for you and has no ties to the broker or owner

Flights to Lisbon are, in the scheme of things cheap, and can be out an back in a day with any of the LoCos

I used Diana Roberts for my Ferretti survey in SoF in July.

She was very thorough, did the actual survey in a day and produced a full report in very reasonable time. All for a very sensible cost too. I will PM phone and email contact details.
