The man I use died the other year, his son has taken over, part did our last survey with his father, the son is Julian Pizey, saw his vehicle recently, but cannot see his phone number

As Halcyon says David Cox is your man, his reputatation round here is if he is working for you he is the best but if you are the seller youre buggered. No nonsensence friendly chap who has done purchase, insurance and MCA coding surveys for me.
