I purchased a survey from Mark McGarry that he had carried out previously on the boat I bought and he was reasonable and did a thorough report. He did however fail to give a valuation on the survey.

I‘ve been involved with Mark as a buyer and seller.

Had the owner who requested the survey asked for valuation he would have noted it. Some people don't want value listing. Dealt with Mark quite a few times over the years and found him better than most.

Value on older boats is neither here nor there. Could be 4k or 14k for same boat depending on who is buying and selling.
