Not sure that "recommend" is the right word , but there's Boatmad. It's really aimed at full-on racers and the contributions are mostly pretty inconsequential, though it's early days. There's also <A target="_blank" HREF=http://www.rib.net>RIBnet</A>, if rubber is your thang.

Nothing to compare with the YBW forums, imho.
