Have you see Captain Sandy? She is fantastic not just as a skipper but as a people manager as well. Some of the deckies haven't a clue but I suppose you have to start somewhere.

Yes, watching that now. She is a very accomplished captain if you search her past. Pirates and a fire at what seems to be the same time?! I'm not sure that Hannah really appreciated what she did when she set of the fire alarm., what would be even more worrying for me is the fact some of the crew actually slept through the fire alarm. In another season Capt Lee gets $hit talked about for drilling and drilling and still they don't seem to get it.
Fire is absolutely the worst possible thing that can happen at sea othe than maybe sinking, but that is inevitable if you have a bad fire.
