Interesting - first supplier I've seen doing replacement festoon bulbs suitable for 10W small boat nav lights

Those I might have been tempted by although I'd not be overly confident about their reliability in the leaky cheap existing nav lights!

I've been running their bulbs in the inside light fittings for two years now and without problems other than a mis-ordering in one case. My fault but their after care service is bad. The guy on the phone does not have authority to scratch his ar*e from what he said, and the owner doesnt talk

I really like the idea of this light, but the wiring arrangement makes it a real PITA! You can't use existing switches without a ton of hassle.

Seeing as the majority of these lights will be retro fitted to traditionally wired systems, you would think they might have thought of this.

I rather suspect they did think of that and designed the thing so that it would work with an existing masthead anchor light installation without running extra wiring up the mast. Cunning design if, like us, you're replacing an anchor light with a combi anchor light and tricolour but not so cunning if you've got the wiring up the mast already to go with a four wire system

Hmm, might still be tempted to buy some stuff of them though!
