Supercool fridge on Moody S31

Hi, just got my first boat and all goood expect fridge isn’t working. It’s a supercool LK3-12ACD-F. Should the fan rotate when power is on. Start of trouble shooting. Thanks in advance!

Is it the thermoelectric one, if so, the fan should run but make sure it isn't jammed on the casing which happens if you knock it in situ
